November 22, 2019 at 8:57 am

I got my put chain screen open… lez go.

November 22, 2019 at 9:00 am

It looks like one of those hideous electric cars from the 70's

November 22, 2019 at 9:04 am

god damn that thing is ugly

November 22, 2019 at 9:28 am

To much weed das have side effects ….

November 22, 2019 at 9:31 am

Why are you all complaining!? That thing's amazing!

November 22, 2019 at 9:49 am

Awesome he is pushing the boundaries of normality.

November 22, 2019 at 10:14 am

The window breaking totally reminded me of the Windows 98 demo with Bill Gates getting the blue screen of death.

November 22, 2019 at 10:15 am

If it's good, what's the problem? It's mainly a transport… wait… that's exactly what it is.

November 22, 2019 at 10:33 am

Only die hard Tesla fanboys will buy this…and even still.

November 22, 2019 at 10:37 am

Audiovisual quality too poor to make this watchable so gave up. Interesting that almost everybody in the comments section absolutely hated the design. Me too. Why on earth is Tesla insisting on designing a niche market product @ this point in the company's evolution. Completely devoid of mass market appeal therefore in complete opposition to Tesla's ràison détre – French for 'reason for being'.

November 22, 2019 at 10:51 am

What a complete disappointment.

November 22, 2019 at 10:54 am

I like it, as Elon promised, never alike before. a real vault.

November 22, 2019 at 10:57 am

Wow. What a terrible design

November 22, 2019 at 10:58 am

I'm embarrassed for hammerboy. He obviously never had someone show him how to swing a hammer or throw a ball. While I'm sure he makes a decent living, his skinny jeans tell it all and the thing looks like a mutation of a Ridgeline, formerly the world's ugliest truck.

November 22, 2019 at 11:05 am

its almost like someone took an ugly stick, beat a triangle, lifted it up, stuck wheels on it and said TRUCK. Seriously the angles and points on that thing are so hideous i would rather throw a vat of acid in my face than see it again.

November 22, 2019 at 11:20 am

They did the hammer door trick in Saturn Dealerships years ago. Meh.

November 22, 2019 at 11:51 am

“We’ve reduced the cost of production by lowering the polygon count.”

November 22, 2019 at 12:10 pm

I believe the straight line design of the truck is for maximum strength in the trucks exoskeleton frame. Much like triangular Trusses have the highest strength/ weight. The truck LOOKS like it is designed from first principles to be the strongest and most functional truck possible.

November 22, 2019 at 12:36 pm

I love it! I love it!

November 22, 2019 at 2:29 pm

Thx for covering but your video is really bad vs other Chanel’s

November 22, 2019 at 3:43 pm

Wow some real dinosaurs commenting. From $40k It’s a one serious truck. There are already lots of orders. And Delorian is a great classic. Even better with a Tesla drive train as at Fully Charged Live.

November 22, 2019 at 4:05 pm

This truck would do good in the hard streets of Chicago and in Afghanistan.

November 22, 2019 at 4:37 pm

This looks like it its right out of Atari's Hard Drivin' circa 1989

November 22, 2019 at 6:15 pm

wow i love AssResolution. Reminds me of minecraft.

November 22, 2019 at 6:17 pm

CNET has a better quality video, if veiwers wanna actually be able to see the damn truck

November 22, 2019 at 7:10 pm

I couldn’t even make it to the window breaking, the cringe is already too much……

November 22, 2019 at 9:08 pm

This is BS. Publicity stunt.

It is obvious that this purposefully looks Post-Apocalyptic (i.e. Mad Max), which is probably Musk's way of trying to, artictically, convey the volatile days we are living in!

November 22, 2019 at 9:39 pm

My wife, a sw engineer, viewed a few cybertruck vids and said she likes it. She doesn't own any TSLA stocks. (I am all in) Don't be the old dude that hates his cheese moved. I like the front view, with light on. If I can own just 1 vehicle, this would be it. I have a PHEV, and a Y ordered.

November 22, 2019 at 10:18 pm

S*** happen.

November 23, 2019 at 12:22 am

November 23, 2019 at 6:52 am

I think they downloaded the design from 3Dwarehouse for free.

November 23, 2019 at 9:18 am

Love you guys.
It is OK Elon, this truck is what all SUV buyers have been waiting for. I want mine with 3D broken glass decals.

November 23, 2019 at 9:23 am

Remember everyone hated Apple AirPods until…

November 23, 2019 at 11:03 am

Why am I afraid that anyone who buys this is going to get, at best, keyed by a climate change denier or automation hater?

November 23, 2019 at 12:04 pm

I think that was the real iPhone moment… First people dismiss it and later they embrace it

November 23, 2019 at 2:22 pm

Largest door wedge ever.

November 23, 2019 at 4:26 pm

It's going to be a hit. More than that, it's going to change the direction of the industry. Musk is a mastermind the rest of the industry cant keep up with.

November 24, 2019 at 2:34 am

Was this filmed in 144p?
