Our Paleo plan will keep you energized and is a throwback to the way our ancestors ate. It focuses on lean meats, fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts and a moderate amount of sweet potato. Our paleo meals are low-carb with high levels of protein. Most paleo diets contain a lot of butter and unhealthy fats but our paleo meals contain ONLY healthy fats. They're great for Celiacs and diabetics.
Our Essential plan is perfect for people who are tired of choosing what to eat every day and are really looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle as easily as possible. Choice can be tiring, so we’re here to make things easier for you by giving your diet some variation. Perfect for the everyday individual or fitness enthusiast looking to reach their fitness goals. This plan gives you the essential nutrients, pure complex carbohydrates and lean proteins to fuel your body every day.
The purpose of our keto diet is to force the body into a fat burning state- burning fats instead of carbohydrates for fuel. Our keto meals include high amounts of fat, moderate amounts of protein and low levels of carbohydrates. We use a wide variety of high quality meat, seafood, poultry, and fatty fish. As well as free-range eggs and nuts. Low carb vegetables will be a staple in this plan- particularly leafy greens. We use full-fat, keto-friendly dairy sources, low sugar fruits, and healthy fats and oils to cook all of our meals.
Our Pescatarian plan is another low meat option that includes fish, fresh fruits, vegetables, pure complex carbohydrates, and plant-based proteins. This plan does include eggs and dairy, however, these items can be excluded to accommodate a more vegan style meal plan!
How do I get started?
You can easily get started by clicking on our “Order” or “Our Meals” tab which will direct you to our easy ordering system. Just choose your plan, pick the amount of meals you want per week, add to your cart, and you’re all set! You can also call and speak to one of our representative to place your order or help you decide what plan is right for you- we’re here to help!
Am I locked in long term?
Our plans are pay as you go! You can order as many meals as you want as long as you meet our 10 meal weekly minimum. However, if you love our food and want to continue receiving meals every week- without the need to constantly order- then we leave that up to you to check off during checkout.

Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt with your order details.
What are your cut-off times for new orders?
Your start date depends on when you place your order. Our cut-off times are THURSDAY at 5PM for the following week. If your order is placed by THURSDAY at 5PM, you will start the following Monday. If your order is placed after THURDAY at 5PM, you will receive your meals the next Monday.

Is there a referral program?
Yes! If you have someone that you would like to refer to us, please send an email to us at [email protected] with their contact name, email, and phone number. You can also have your friend call in and give us your name. If they sign up, we will give you $20 off your next order of 15 meals/week or more!
